Dodge
Durango
Wait here while the others catch
up. You could hold out till next year and see what 4x4 the industry cooks
up next. Or you can look here today and see where Dodge Durango has already
been. Because by building Durango with so many best-in-class features* and
nobody-else-even-has capabilities, dodge has shown people a whole different way
of looking at a sport utility. Durango's wheelbase is the longest, its track
the widest, its frame the strongest. So the ride is stable and predictable even
when the road beneath you isn't. Durango also offers the most horsepower, the
most torque, the only choice of V8s, and, logically, the greatest towing
capacity. Durango's 88 cubic feet of cargo space not only tops its class, it
holds even greater potential. Because only Durango can offer seating for up to
eight, with the optional 40/20/40 Fold-and-Tumble split-bench second-row
seat and folding third-row seat. This year Dodge introduces two different looks
at Durango. One is under the hood: the Next Generation 4.7-liter Magnum® V8
engine (on 4x4 only) refined for optimum power and efficiency. The other is the
new Durango R/T¹ with everything from running boards and two-tone leather
seating to 17-inch aluminum wheels and best-in-class 5.9-liter 250-horsepower
Magnum V8 engine. Which makes us wonder, shouldn't those other guys pick up the
pace, just a little?
